Moms Raising Stars at Brookside School

As we start off the third and final term of our academic year, we’re excited to witness the progress of our learners. The prevailing conditions in the country have made learning difficult for most students across the country. We’re lucky that we have managed to maintain seamless operations despite the rains. It has been a thrill welcoming back the students, and we’ve already witnessed significant progress in just a few weeks.

World School Chess Championships- Peru 2024

The conclusion of the Kenya National Chess Championships in April marked another triumphant moment for Brookside Schools. Once again, our students showcased their prowess by clinching gold and silver medals across various categories. With a thriving chess team and a growing interest in it as an extracurricular activity, our students continue to excel at every level. Currently, Nathaniel Manyeki and Winnie Kaburo, winners in the Under 9 category, are proudly representing Kenya in the World School Chess Championships in Peru 2024, competing against champions from 26 countries. They still have a few days to go, and have already won all the games that they have participated in!

Moms Raising Stars

In this season of celebration, we’re honoring our shining stars through our Moms Raising Stars campaign. From chess champions to talented authors, World Scholars champions, and accomplished swimmers, our school takes pride in nurturing diverse talents. We extend our gratitude to the dedicated mothers who play a vital role in shaping these confident young achievers. Recognizing that talent development begins at home, we commend parents who actively engage with educators and school programs to support their children’s dreams.
